Please check your SPAM folder. In case there is no confirmation e-mail, please repeat the steps.
How to confirm my telephone number?
You will receive a 4-digit verification code.
Enter the code in the field on the screen after entering the telephone number.
I have lost my confirmation code, what shall I do?
Enter your telephone number again and press “Submit”.
You will receive a new code. In case you accidently delete your confirmation code, please choose “Resend“.
I have signed up and confirmed my registration, but do not see my cards?
The web portal provides options for online purchase of public transport documents for Sofia public transport and loading of the new smart cards issued by Sofia Urban Mobility Centre.
For that purpose, sign up with a profile using the e-mail and telephone number you have provided in Sofia Urban Mobility Centre point of sales. Upon successful registration, you can use the web portal services and your card will be automatically associated.
In case you are a holder of the old-type card and would like to use all web portal functionalities, you can fill-in online application and collect your new smart card in a Sofia Urban Mobility Centre point of sale convenient for you.
How to purchase/load online public transport documents?
Purchase of public transport documents is possible only for customers registered in the web portal. For the purpose, sign up with a profile with the e-mail and telephone number that you have provided in Sofia Urban Mobility Centre point of sale.
Upon successful registration you can use the web portal services and your new smart card will be successfully associated.
To purchase/load public transport document:
1. Select the public transport document you would like to load from the catalog.
2. Select option “Purchase”.
3. Configure a product (for example, enter an initial date of validity).
4. Confirm the order.
5. Pay online with credit or debit card.
Upon successful loading you will receive an e-mail message with details of your order and a fiscal receipt.
What can I do in the web portal?
In the web portal you can:
· Submit online application for issuance of newly registered, personalized card or card at a preferential tariff.
· Load public transport document on your new smart card.
· View the history of the trips and inspections.
· View the history of the purchased public transport documents through the web portal.
· View the history of your trips performed with payment card, as well as receive your fiscal receipt.
· Learn all news about Sofia Urban Mobility Centre.
· Participate in all active surveys of Sofia Urban Mobility Centre.
Can I see my trips on the web portal?
Yes, in My Account, section “Trips and Inspections“.
Can I view my online purchases?
Yes, there is a “Purchase History” section in your account.
Can I request a new smart card through the web portal?
If you are a new customer, you can fill-in online application form for a registered card, a personalized card or a card at a preferential tariff.
If you are a registered customer of Sofia Urban Mobility Centre and your profile is successfully associated - your information will be automatically added. Then you can request your smart card with one click.
